AGM Lunch
The AGM Lunch will be held on Saturday 20 July at our 'club house', the Blues Point Hotel (116 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point - on the off chance that you need to be told the address!).
As in past years, the lunch will be heavily subsidised for Financial Members…

ENTRÉE1. Seared Queensland Scallops with Sautéed Chinese broccoli & pickled ginger hollandaise sauce [GF]
2. Pan Roasted Duck Breast on a bed of Spinach & Walnut with honey mustard dressing [GF]
3. Zucchini Flowers with shaved cucumber, carrot salad & wasabi mayo [Vegetarian]
MAINS
1. Pan Seared Lamb Backstrap with truffle mash, roasted vegetables & red wine rosemary jus
2. Crisp Skinned Atlantic Salmon with crusted kipler potato, asparagus & chimichurri [GF]
3. Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with wild mushrooms, squash & almond sage pesto [Vegetarian]
The AGM includes the election of the new committee for 2024/25. Nominations are now open by replying to bluespointyc@gmail.com. The AGM also includes presenting the club's annual race prizes for season 2023-2024, as well as the opportunity to catch up with other club members over a long lunch.
