8 - 10 June 2024 - Long Weekend, Cruise-in-Company to RMYC Port Hacking
/BPYC members, friends and supporters,
With the King’s Birthday weekend coming next month (8-10 June), the club is again arranging a cruise-in-company to RMYC Port Hacking as indicated on the BPYC's 2023/2024 Season Calendar (Current Season Calendar — Blues Point Yacht Club (bpyc.com.au).
As with the event last year, the plan is to depart Saturday morning (8th June) at approximately 1030 hours, and to berth overnight at RMYC Port Hacking, then return at your own pace on either the Sunday or Monday of the long weekend.
We are making a booking for dinner at RMYC-PH on the Saturday night, which you, your family and friends, are welcome to attend whether you come by sea or by land.
Berths will be charged at the 'member' rate of $7 per metre. We again expect that access to RMYC facilities will be via a fob issued to the skipper.
Could you please reply with responses to the following questions, by Thursday 30th May:
1. Are you interested in participating?
2. Will you be 'entering' a boat for the cruise?
3. Will you require a berth for Saturday? For Sunday?
4. Do you need additional crew for the trip south (and/or return)?
5. Number of people you have to join us for dinner at RMYC on Saturday 8th June?
